马斯克的部门停止资助追踪被<绑架>到俄罗斯的乌克兰儿童的组织
(DOGE) 已暂停对耶鲁大学人道主义研究实验室 (HRL) 的资助。该实验室积极参与寻找被俄罗斯绑架的乌克兰儿童。 HRL 与泽连斯基发起的“带孩子回到乌克兰”倡议合作，帮助约 1,240 名儿童从俄罗斯返回乌克兰。
据估计，自全面入侵以来，俄罗斯已非法带走约20,000名乌克兰儿童。
