智通财经APP讯，超人智能(08176)公布，于2025年3月20日，公司与各债权人订立偿付契据，以悉数偿付债权人向该集团授出的若干贷款。于本公告日期，该集团结欠债权人债务合共约792.346万港元。偿付契据旨在透过按建议发行价每股偿付股份0.174港元配发及发行合共约4553.71万股偿付股份，将结欠的债务资本化及悉数偿付贷款A金额3,761,435港元及贷款B金额4,162,025港元。
