海航控股3月20日晚间公告，公司控股子公司祥鹏航空拟从天津扬子江七十九号租赁有限公司续租两架B737-800飞机，租金总额不超过800万美元；拟从重庆扬子江三号飞机租赁有限公司租赁一架A321NEO飞机，租金总额不超过6,300万美元。扬子江七十九号及扬子江三号为公司关联方，上述交易构成关联交易。
