人民财讯3月20日电，券中社记者获悉，原山证资管副总经理许煜已于3月19日出任甬兴证券资管（甬证资管）董事、总经理。原甬证资管董事、总经理冯恂已于近期卸任。
此前，山证资管于3月19日公告，原副总经理许煜因个人原因离职，离任日期为3月17日。山证资管表示，许煜在任职期间，恪尽职守，勤勉尽责，积极履行了法律法规及《公司章程》赋予的职责，为公司经营发展做出了贡献。
