香港证监会3月20日发文，暂时吊销黄明忠的牌照，为期16个月，由2025年3月19日起至2026年7月18日止。黄明忠是名为Franky Wong的金融网红，也是谢氏膺晖证券有限公司的持牌代表，此前被裁定没持有牌照而在其于Telegram建立并管理的一个接受订阅的聊天群组中提供投资意见的刑事罪名成立，该群组用户并非来自谢氏膺晖证券。
