智通财经APP讯，恒基发展(00097)公布2024年业绩，收入15.35亿港元，同比减少约1%;净亏损约1.25亿港元，同比扩大约73.6%;每股亏损4.1港仙。
公告称，亏损增加主要是由于同一时间延续多份店铺租约的相关会计处理所引致的累计影响;及持续增加的出境旅游、跨境消费及跨境购物带来的负面影响。
