赣能股份3月20日公告，公司副总经理张大海因挂职期限已满，于近日申请辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司及所属公司其他职务。根据有关规定，张大海的辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常运行，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
