今日，央行公布最新LPR数据。
5年期以上LPR为3.6%，上月为3.6%。1年期LPR为3.1%，上月为3.1%。
值得一提的是，从去年10月起，LPR便一直保持在这个水平，已连续6个月按兵不动。
目前，广州首套房主流房贷利率为3%，部分外资银行能做到2.85%左右。
