“我升职了”在英语中最常用、最直接的说法是：
I got promoted.
如果想要更口语化一点，则可以说：
I moved up.
但如果在正式场合，建议使用：“I was promoted to...”或“I've been given a promotion to...”。
举个例子：
I was promoted to senior manager.
（我晋升为高级经理。）
I've been given a promotion to director of marketing.
（我被晋升为市场总监。）
