据水利部，今天（19日）14时，黄河内蒙古河段全线平稳开河，标志着2024—2025年度黄河防凌工作顺利结束。本年度黄河凌情整体平稳，未发生凌汛灾害。本年度黄河凌情的特点是：凌汛期冷空气势力弱，气温整体偏高；首次出现凌情和首次封河晚，开河时间早；封冻河段较常年偏短。（央视新闻）
