格隆汇3月19日｜韩国《每日经济新闻》（Maeil Business Newspaper）援引韩国能源部一名未具名官员的话报道称，韩国计划今年用美国轻质原油取代中东重质原油的总储量600万桶，这是此前替代量的三倍，以帮助减少对美贸易顺差。国有的韩国国家石油公司（Korea National Oil Corp）最近签署了一项协议，将购买200万桶美国轻质原油，并计划全年再购买400万桶韩国政府预计，此举将使对美贸易顺差减少4.314亿美元。
