日前，山西焦煤集团有限责任公司原党委书记、董事长武华太（正厅级）涉嫌受贿罪、国有公司人员滥用职权罪一案，经山西省人民检察院指定管辖，由山西省人民检察院太原铁路运输分院依法向太原铁路运输中级法院提起公诉。案件正在进一步办理中。
