茂业商业3月18日公告，公司董事会于近日收到董事会秘书许丽的书面辞职报告。因个人原因，许丽申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞任后将不再担任公司任何职务。根据有关规定，许丽的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。经公司董事长提名，董事会提名委员会审核，同意聘任张强为公司董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会届满为止。
