当地时间3月17日，杜邦公司宣布，其电子与工业事业部总裁Jon Kemp将出任计划从杜邦分拆后、未来独立上市的电子公司的首席执行官及董事会成员。艾万拓（Avantor）公司总裁兼首席执行官Michael Stubblefield将出任计划中独立上市的电子公司的董事会主席，在相关业务从杜邦分拆后生效。此外，杜邦计划通过外部招聘为未来的电子公司任命一位首席财务官。
