据央视新闻消息，当地时间3月17日，据福克斯新闻网报道，美国联邦航空管理局发布声明表示，奋进航空一架飞机的机翼16日在纽约拉瓜迪亚机场降落时撞上跑道，当时飞行员正在执行“复飞”。
奋进航空的母公司达美航空表示，该航班从佛罗里达州杰克逊维尔飞往纽约，航班上约有76名乘客、2名飞行员和2名乘务员。
