当地时间3月17日，乌克兰外交部表示，乌外长瑟比加当天以线上方式参加了欧盟外长会议。
瑟比加强调，乌方“不附加条件”地接受美方停火提议，俄方也必须无条件接受。瑟比加称，乌方已成立谈判小组，并开始组建“技术团队”负责监督停火。（央视新闻）
