企查查APP显示，近日，法院公开虞书欣与上海睿威文化传播有限公司肖像权纠纷开庭公告信息，案件将于5月7日在上海市静安区人民法院开庭审理。此前，王鹤棣曾因肖像权纠纷起诉该公司，后选择撤诉。该公司曾注册多枚“追星次元馆”“星饭社”等商标。
