财联社3月16日电，法国法院已批准社交媒体“电报”创始人兼首席执行官杜罗夫暂时离境。消息人士透露他已前往迪拜。2024年8月，杜罗夫在法国巴黎近郊的布尔歇机场被捕，羁押期结束后，杜罗夫被移交给巴黎法院，两名调查法官决定对他提出多项指控。之后杜罗夫被保释，但被禁止离开法国领土。
