人民财讯3月14日电，2025年春节前夕，辽宁方大集团董事局主席方威曾建议“各板块所有的普通员工基本工资上涨5%”。3月14日，海航航空集团官方微信公众号发布消息，航空板块涨薪在当日发放的2月工资中得到兑现。据悉，自2021年12月8日加入辽宁方大集团以来，新海航已连续6次为员工涨薪，每年增加人工成本支出超过10亿元，并为员工发放红包逾11亿元。
