【财华社讯】中国飞机租赁(01848.HK)公布，于2025年3月13日，公司全资附属特殊目的实体(卖方)与独立第三方(买方，Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE)Ltd之一家全资间接附属公司)就出售六架连租约飞机订立《飞机组合及资产买卖协议》，将予出售的资产包括两架连租约空客A320NEO及四架连租约空客A321NEO飞机。出售事项预期于2026年10月底前完成。
