人民财讯3月13日电，亚虹医药(688176)3月13日晚间公告，近日，公司开展的在晚期实体瘤患者中评价APL-2302的安全性、耐受性、药代动力学和初步抗肿瘤活性的Ⅰ/Ⅱa期临床试验完成Ⅰa期临床首例受试者入组。APL-2302是公司自主研发的一种泛素特异性蛋白酶1（USP1）抑制剂，通过“合成致死”机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。
