3月11日，国家金融监督管理总局南平金融监管分局发布的行政处罚信息公开表中了解到，光泽刺桐红村镇银行有限公司因关联交易管理不到位，违反了相关监管规定，被处以40万元的罚款。
同时，该银行时任执行董事杨哲明，因对关联交易管理不到位负有直接责任，受到了监管部门的警告处分。
