今年我市的政府工作报告提出，要协同推进降碳减污扩绿增长，让“越来越美的外在形象”与“越来越好的内在气质相得益彰”。依照生态环境部最新审核的数据，去年10月1日至今年1月31日，在“秋冬防”已过去的4个月时间里，太原市区优良天数107天，优良率为87.0%，优良天数比去年同期增加10天；重污染天数1天，比去年同期减少1天。
