3月8日，黄燕当选为剑阁县人民政府县长。黄燕出生于1979年12月，四川广元人，曾任团市委副书记，旺苍县委常委、统战部部长等职。2021年，她升任市统计局局长，2025年2月履新四川省广元市剑阁县，担任代县长，直至此番“去代转正”。
