3月5日，曲美家居（603818）发布公告，控股股东、实际控制人赵瑞海及赵瑞宾分别办理了500万股和55万股的补充质押，质押比例分别为3.89%和0.44%；同时，赵瑞海的4550万股和赵瑞宾的511万股质押延期至2025年9月4日，质押比例分别为35.4%和4.06%。
截至公告披露日，赵瑞海和赵瑞宾累计质押股份为1.24亿股，占其所持股份的42.94%及公司总股本的17.99%。
2024年前三季度，曲美家居实现收入26.37亿元，归母净利润-1.45亿元。
