据小鹏汽车消息，第十四届全国人大代表、小鹏汽车董事长兼CEO何小鹏提交了四份建议，其中包括：推动支持高智能等级人形机器人加速商业化普及，参考新能源汽车产业初期市场培育的经验，针对智能化程度高的L3级别通用人形机器人面向企业用户和个人消费者的销售，制定“L3级别通用人形机器人销售补贴政策”，加速L3级别人形机器人商业化普及和规模化增长。（证券时报）
