惊蛰的雷在云里闷着,我家厨房先炸了锅——老豆腐切厚片下油锅,煎得两面金黄翘边儿,隔壁小孩趴窗台喊:“妈!楼上学姐家炸金砖啦!”
调照烧汁就这几样:生抽老抽蜂蜜蚝油,搅和搅和往煎好的豆腐上一泼,滋啦声吓得春困都跑光!小火咕嘟五分钟,汤汁稠得能挂勺,撒把白芝麻假装米其林摆盘。(防小人玄学:必须把豆腐煎出脆皮,据说能震碎流年不利!)
老妈视频查岗:“多浇点汁拌饭!惊蛰吃素也得吃出荤劲儿!”夹块豆腐往米饭上一拍,甜咸酱汁渗进饭粒,香得“室友”举着碗来敲门:“我用辣条换你两块豆腐行不?”
tips:剩的照烧汁别扔!第二天煎个蛋往里一滚,秒变日式溏心蛋,配白粥都能吃出仪式感。这年头,连豆腐都得会爆汁才能混厨房江湖啊!
