当地时间4日，以色列外交部长萨尔表示，以色列准备进入加沙地带停火协议的第二阶段，但要求哈马斯释放所有被扣押的以方人员，并实现加沙地带“全面非军事化”。
萨尔还表示，以色列做出停止向加沙地带运送物资的决定是因为人道主义援助成为哈马斯在加沙的主要收入来源。（央视新闻）
