3月4日，金田股份（601609）发布公告，控股股东金田投资及实际控制人楼城和楼静静计划自2024年11月23日起12个月内通过集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，预计增持金额不低于8800万元，至2025年2月28日已累计增持754万股，占公司总股本的0.51%，增持金额合计为4413万元。
2024年前三季度，金田股份实现收入918.44亿元，归母净利润2.88亿元。
