香港特区政府土地注册处3月4日公布，上月楼宇买卖合约共4307份，按月跌12.8%，按年升35.1%；合约总值283亿港元，按月跌23%，按年升25.3%。其中，住宅楼宇买卖合约占3200份，按月跌11.7%，按年升34.7%；合约总值230亿港元，按月跌13.9%，按年升20.5%。
