每经讯，瑞索数科3月3日发布公告称，2025年2月27日天智平台企业服务（深圳）有限公司过大宗交易增持股份约124万股。本次交易前，股东天智平台企业服务（深圳）有限公司持有公司股份约968万股，占比9.56%。本次交易后，天智平台企业服务（深圳）有限公司持有瑞索股份约1092万股，持股比例为10.79%。
