格隆汇3月3日丨工商银行(01398.HK)公告，2025年二级资本债券（第一期）（债券通）发行规模为人民币500亿元，品种为10年期固定利率债券，在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权，票面利率为2.05%。
本期债券募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，补充本行的二级资本。
