为备战“粤港澳”全运会，从1月6日开始，四川女子曲棍球队就来到四川体育职业学院红格训练基地，在这里进行扎实的冬训。对欧紫霞、叶娇两位老将来说，这将会是最后一届全运会，欧紫霞目标明确：“我们四川女曲的目标肯定是冠军，我也想实现（自己的）三连冠。”
