前两日的比赛中，TYLOO均以2-0的比分分别击败本次Play-in阶段世界排名最高的两支战队3DMAX与Eternal Fire，爆出巨大冷门。而GL首战2-1击败NRG，次战2-0力克MIBR，同样进入2-0组别。
