3月2日，奇正藏药（002287）发布公告，计划使用自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份，回购总金额不低于9000万元且不超过1.6亿元，回购价格上限为31.65元/股，预计回购股份数量在284万股至506万股，占总股本的0.5354%至0.9519%。
2024年前三季度，奇正藏药实现收入14.72亿元，归母净利润3.93亿元。
