宫鲁鸣说道：“三从两大”是很科学的，有体能师、康复师等专业人员，不会把队员练废，但运动员训练不刻苦是不可能的。
篮球是集体项目，再有能力的人也要融入团队。运动员最美的时候是在运动场战胜对手，而不是生活中那些花里胡哨的东西。
