香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波今日（26日）在香港特区立法会综合大楼会议厅发表2025至2026财政年度政府财政预算案。陈茂波表示，香港特区政府劳工处今年起将“大湾区青年就业计划”的参加资格放宽至29岁或以下持副学位或以上学历的青年，而向企业发放的津贴上限，将上调至每人每月1.2万港元，为期最长18个月。
