当地时间25日，美国国务卿鲁比奥与伊拉克总理穆罕默德·希亚·苏达尼进行通话，双方就美伊战略伙伴关系，以及伊拉克稳定和主权的重要性进行了讨论。
双方一致认为，伊拉克需要实现能源独立，并迅速重新开放伊拉克和土耳其之间的输油管道。双方承诺将继续推进美伊安全伙伴关系。（总台记者 许弢）
