【财华社讯】瑞诚中国传媒(01640.HK)公布，公司英文名称由"Ruicheng(China)Media Group Limited"更改为"Qian Xun Technology Limited"；及公司中文双重外文名称由"瑞诚(中国)传媒集团有限公司"更改为"千循科技有限公司"，已于2025年1月28日生效。
更改公司名称生效后，股份于联交所进行买卖英文股份简称将由"RUICHENG CHINA"更改为"QIAN XUN TECH"，而中文股份简称将由"瑞诚中国传媒"更改为"千循科技"，自2025年2月28日上午九时正起生效。公司股份代号保持不变。
