根据《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》和《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》相关规定以及民办幼儿园申请，经审核，现依法注销以下两所幼儿园办学许可证，具体情况公告如下：
办学许可证注销后，不再具备办学资质，其办学许可证和公章同时作废，特此公告。
