2月24日，生态环境部大气环境司司长李天威在例行新闻发布会上表示，生态环境部将推动出台京津冀及周边地区“2+36”城市大气污染防治强化措施，启动《空气质量持续改善行动计划（2026—2035年）》编制工作，研究修订《环境空气质量标准》，为开启“十五五”大气污染防治新征程奠定坚实的基础。
