这么多年我见过最离谱的银行就是兴业银行了，办个卡跟审问犯人一样，折腾半天给办了又死活不给开网银，外加严重限额。理解不了[汗]2025年了，没网银的银行卡我真是第一次见。
赶紧把涉诈给银行问责的规定撤了吧，不如提高对于卖卡的判刑，卖卡=同伙。@兴业银行
