中国卫通(601698)2月23日晚间公告，2月22日20时11分，中星10R卫星在西昌卫星发射中心采用长征三号乙增强型运载火箭成功发射升空，卫星按计划进入预定轨道。中星10R卫星将在通过在轨测试后交付公司运营管理。
