2月21日，奥维通信（002231）发布公告，董事会于2025年2月21日收到副总裁李继芳女士的辞职报告。
李继芳女士因个人原因申请辞去副总裁职务，辞职后将不在公司担任任何职务。公告中提到，截至公告日，李继芳女士未持有公司股份，辞职后仍将遵守相关法律法规。
此次辞职不会影响公司的规范运作和日常生产经营。
2024年前三季度，奥维通信实现收入4.04亿元，归母净利润-1824万元。
