据宁夏日报官微消息，2月21日，自治区十三届人大常委会第十六次会议表决通过了有关人事任免议案，任命丁聃为自治区人大常委会副秘书长、办公厅主任；决定任命吴澜为自治区公安厅厅长、张正清为自治区民政厅厅长。
