2月20日，在《酌见》节目中，董明珠表示已经找到格力接班人，有几个苗子在不同平台上。俞敏洪表示，到现在为止，其实新东方也没找到接班人。
董明珠还谈及自己因为管的太严格，经常被员工背后骂，“但大家都有一个心，如果没有董明珠的强管理，大家连退休工资都拿不到。”
