震裕科技2月20日公告，公司拟使用自有资金对全资子公司宁波震裕销售有限公司（以下简称“震裕销售”）增资3亿元。本次增资后，震裕销售注册资本由5000万元增加至3.5亿元，公司仍持有震裕销售100%股权，震裕销售仍为公司全资子公司。
