今日，鹿城区政府网发布关于金某某房屋征地补偿安置的补充决定，也就那个在滨江CBD鹿角湾地块孤立9年不肯拆迁的“钉子户”。
据文件内容显示，决定对于该房屋拆迁补偿：17000316元+5585713.56元=22586029.56。
