国新办于2月20日上午10时举行国务院政策例行吹风会，国家发展改革委利用外资和境外投资司负责人华中表示，2025年，国家发展改革委将制定出台稳外资的具体支持政策措施。我们坚持问题导向，拟会同有关方面修订扩大《鼓励外商投资产业目录》，研究制定鼓励外资企业境内再投资政策等。
