2月20日，最高检召开“加强民生司法保障”新闻发布会。最高检党组成员、副检察长宫鸣表示，2024年，最高检印发涉房地产纠纷民事检察监督典型案例，指导各级检察机关办理涉房地产纠纷民事检察监督案件1万余件，提出监督意见900余件，准确把握“保交楼、保民生、保稳定”等房地产调控政策。
